600w plant grow light, designed for powerful, efficient illumination in indoor cultivation setups. The Metal Halide lamp delivers consistent, high intensity lighting tailored mainly towards the vegetative plant stages of growth with an abundance of the Blue light spectrum

600w Magnetic Ballast

The original dependable HPS & Metal Halide HID (High Intensity Discharge) grow lighting control box. Sturdy steel protective housing with durable copper coil wound ballast core, heavy duty capacitors for a stable voltage, fitted with a high voltage pulse start ignitor for a strong and reliable lamp ignition. This unit will run both 600w HPS (High Pressure Sodium) & 600w Metal Halide lamps. Prewired with a 230v 3 Pin Standard Mains Plug and a Round Pin Earth Outlet Socket

Our standard indoor grow room reflector is a great place to start your hydroponic gardening lighting requirements, basic & highly effective.

  • Grow light reflector made from Quality highly reflective hammer tone textured aluminium for excellent light dispersal without “hot-spots″
  • Reflector wing size 470mm x 343mm
  • E40 lamp socket and 5 metre pre-wired lamp cord with round pin earth plug fitted
  • Suitable for 250w, 400w & 600w lamps and areas up to 1200mm x 1200mm
  • Heavy duty mounting bracket with hanging points
  • Reflector edges have rounded corners for extra safety
  • Easy mounting and comes fully assembled, including lamp holder

600w Metal Halide Tubular Lamp

  • Fine tuned to provide optimum spectral energy levels that promote vigorous plant growth
  • Runs on HPS or Metal Halide Magnetic or Electronic - Digital control gear
  • Enhanced spectral energy distribution is designed to grow a wide variety of plants
  • Initial Lumens 60,000

The Metal Halide retro-fit lamps run off High Pressure Sodium control gear, and are ideal for vigorous vegetative growth.

There is now no need to have two different ballasts, simply use the Metal Halide Retro lamp during vegetative growth, and change to a Super Plant HPS for flowering. This allows the grower to give the plants the perfect Grow (blue) spectrums and Bloom (red) spectrums for optimum plant growth, more compact plant structure and amazing high yields, while only needing one ballast.
