Refund policy
Please inspect all items as soon as possible after delivery, all faults should be communicated with growshop.co.nz as quickly as possible to ensure a timely resolution.
Faulty items will be returned at the cost to the customer, if the fault is found to be covered by warranty the replacement item will be shipped at the expense of growshop.co.nz, if the item is found to be either not faulty or that the fault is not a manufacturing fault the product can be returned to the customer once the cost of return shipping is received.
If a product is returned and the fault is found to be a manufacturing issue or other legitimate fault not related to incorrect end use the item will be replaced at no charge, if a suitable replacement cannot be found the customer will be issued with a credit to use in store or on our website.
