Reliable, low heat & low power usage grow lighting solution ideal for strong Vegetative growth 6500K with its a cool white, blue heavy spectrum that mimics spring/early summer daylight. This kit pairs a high output 300w 6500K CFL lamp with a reinforced wing reflector engineered to support the extra weight of large CFL bulbs without bending or flexing. Comes pre‑wired with a 5 metre lead and standard 3‑pin plug for fast, plug and grow setup.

  • Made from highly reflective textured aluminum for excellent light dispersal without “hot-spots″ while retaining its super light weight
  • Comes with a E40 GES threaded lamp holder and a 5 Metre lead with a standard NZ 3 pin plug fitted
  • Will accept 130w to a 300w CFL lamps

Compact fluorescent lamps are a good source of supplemental light for growing plants in low-light conditions or for providing extra light to increase the day length or encourage blooming. They are also suitable for propagation lights and young small plant nursery situations. 6500k CFL bulbs are designed to provide the light wavelengths that plants need for growth. They produce much less heat than conventional fluorescent lamps. Compared to HID lights or normal sunlight, CFL bulbs produce far less light intensity, so multiple bulbs may be needed to provide enough light to grow a healthy plant.

Use a 6500K colour CFL for any Vegetative growing phases and 2700k CFL for any Flowering phases. We also sell a mixed CFL with both 2700k & 6500k for all round use.
