Autopot 3 x 25 Litre XL Pot Tray System

Autopot 3XL watering system Hydroponic growing kit allows each plant to determine their own water requirements. Optimal plant growing conditions with no guesswork, simple to set up and use.

Three 25 Litre XL pots within a single tray & lid assembly measuring 1145mm x 385mm, fed via a single AQUAvalve5 connection. Consolidating three pots into one tray reduces the number of water connections, fittings, and maintenance points compared to running three individual 1 Pot XL modules, while maintaining the passive, plant controlled watering that the Autopot system delivers. The lid blocks light and debris from the tray interior, and the moulded base design minimises standing water between watering cycles.

The compact footprint makes the Auto3 XL suited to vertical racking and rolling table setups where efficient use of floor space matters. The minimum reservoir required to run this tray system is 47 Litres, these are sold separately and not included in the kit.

The unique wet - dry watering cycle is created by the use of a Smart Aqua Valve. The Smart-Valve restricts the flow of water (or nutrient) into the tray until it has nearly fully drained. At this time, the Aqua valve opens and allows fresh water to fill the tray again. This wet - dry cycle is similar to what occurs in nature with rainfall and the dry periods in between.

There are no need for pumps, as each AutoPot system uses a simple gravity feed method, and the range of applications AutoPot can be used in is immense - from a single plant to 100 pot commercial situations.  

Each system is controlled by the AQUAvalve which works in three steps :

1. The AutoPot Hydrotray receives an initial fill of water/nutrient

2. The pot sitting in the tray will draw the water down at it's own rate

3. The AQUA Valve remains closed until the draw down is complete, before reopening and allowing fresh water/nutrient into the tray again.

This process is repeated giving the plants a wet - dry cycle without guessing when and how much to water them!
