  • Adjustable Tension: Easily adjust the wingnut tension to accommodate different grow light weights. Simply adjust the tension until your grow light stays in the desired position.
  • Easy Height Adjustment: Raise or lower your grow lights by gently pulling them up or down. This allows for quick and precise height adjustments.
  • No need for over tightening: Once your grow light is securely held in place, there’s no need to over-tighten the wingnut. Simply slowly adjust the wingnut until the hangers support the weight they are supporting and leave it set in that position.

Optimal Light Positioning: Always keep your grow light - reflectors in the best position to avoid burning plants from excessive heat. The light distance will differ depending on your conditions, as a rule of thumb a 600w HPS or LED grow light should be 300mm to 450mm from the plant canopy. Start with your lights at a higher position and then lower them if required over the first few days. Once you have the ideal position just simply raise the lights as the plants grow.
